This spacious Guest House is situated in barcelona most antique district on a typical, quite, little Gothic street, a stone's throw from Placa del Pi one of Barcelona's most enchanting squares, enjoyed for it's architecture, shops and laid back ambient.
In the shadow of one of the city's finest Gothic churches there are market stalls, artists on deck chairs and chilled cafe terraces to lull you into an agreeable state of ambling.
Close to La Rambla, 10 minutes from the sea and just minutes away from Born area, it's peculiarity is that it's inside the "life" of Barcelona but still in such a quiet street that you won't feel it!

It features 2 bedrooms. A small one occupied by Katie and a big spacious one for the guests. This is a comfortable triple room for 2-3 people composed by a double cozy bed and a single comfy one. Lights spotted around the room give to it a romantic and secluded air. It has a large window with small balcony facing the internal building. Being in the internal area of the apartment it's fresh in summer, warm in winter and quite all year round.

The apartment has a very spacious and beautifully decorated living & dining area with a TV, 2 comfortable sofas, 2 armchairs and a big dining table to eat meals and just relax. Living room is also fortunate to come with a balcony which looks out onto the small streets of the “Gothic” neighborhood. Furthermore it comes with a cozy kitchen to prepare your meals as well of microwave, oven and toaster, a large arabesque bathroom with shower, marble sink and great mirror, 1 separate small toilette and moreover with a very positive and hospitable energy.
