Important multinational company of the telecommunications sector is looking for 3 adminstratives to be the backup for the customer care department.

Main purpose of role

To be responsible for coordinating and tracking orders.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Under the direction of an existing member of the team, undertake the following key tasks.

• Make phone calls and send emails to internal departments to obtain progress updates
• Update order handling systems
• Use jeopardy reports to progress orders
• Pass information to Order management team

Essential Requirements

• Excellent Communication skills in the english language
• Strongly motivated and excellent organisation skills
• Good time management and prioritising skills
• Flexible and proactive approach
• Experience in using MS Office- Word, Excel.

Desirable Requirements

• Telecommunications background/understanding
