Cute 70 m2 apartment, strategically located in the gothic area, next to the port, the zoo (Ciutadella Park), a five minutes walk from the beach, and right between Born and Barceloneta neighbourhoods.

In this street had Picasso´s family their first residence in Barcelona. It’s a historical building (the first masonic structure in the city, actually), on a second floor, (lift), with a high ceiling and a great atmosphere. Ideal for a couple but holding up to four guests.
All facilities included: fridge, oven, and basic cooking ingredients (oil, salt, etc). Sitting room with TV,  Hi–Fi and Wi–Fi. Linen & towels provided. Nice bathroom.
Bike rentals nearby. Safe area.
The week rate is 400€ and month rate is 1200 euros, 400 euros deposit required, refundable at the end of the stay.
